A new effectiveness index for agencies
New this year, the CASSIES are launching the CASSIES Effectiveness Index, a points-based calculation that ranks agencies on their total achievement in this year’s CASSIES. The agency with the most points will receive an award.
The CASSIES Effectiveness Index will allocate a point to every entry that passes through the first stage of judging (CASSIES Benchmarking) with additional points allocated based on the award levels for each entry as decided by CASSIES Judges:
- Bronze – 2 points
- Silver – 3 points
- Gold – 4 points
- Grand Prix – 5 points
Points will be totalled by submitting agency.
John Bradley, CASSIES Coordinator, said, “This year over 50 Canadian agencies submitted 159 cases into the CASSIES, with many entering multiple categories. In addition to recognising the merit of each individual case, it is right that, each year, we recognise and celebrate the achievements of those agencies who submit bodies of strong work across a range of different brands and sectors.”
Winners, along with the CASSIES Effectiveness Index, will be announced during the CASSIES gala on February 22, 2017 at the Arcadian Court in Toronto. To get your tickets for the gala, visit www.cassies.ca.
